What skills and experience we're looking for

Millthorpe School is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Attendance Assistant to support our Attendance Manager with all administration regarding student attendance. You will liaise with students, families and staff to improve the attendance across the school.

The successful candidate will need to be confident and able to communicate effectively with students, parents/carers, staff and external agencies as required. You may be required to travel independently to the homes of pupils and therefore should have your own vehicle and insurance for business use. You will be approachable and able to work collaboratively with parents/carers, have strong IT skills and will have experience of managing and maintaining accurate records.
