• Who can contribute to raising the attendance of students through communicating with parent/carers and following the correct policies and procedures.
• Work to reduce levels of absence and increase punctuality and to work with staff, pupils and their families to promote high levels of attendance.
• Have the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Are strong minded, resilient and shows a good work ethic.

The Brunts Academy, a member of the Evolve Trust is a popular and oversubscribed high achieving secondary school of 1500 pupils aged 11-18 offering an innovative 21st century curriculum.
