What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an energetic, self motivated and positive Attendance Officer to work closely with students and their families to drive improvements in school attendance and punctuality. You will be passionate about the value of education and the importance of regular attendance for all students, even when facing challenges of educational and social disadvantage. You must be able to drive and be confident driving each day.

This is an exciting opportunity as it is a core role at the centre of school operations. The role provides a vital link between the school, families and external organisations, giving you the opportunity to shape and recommend interventions to support students in attendance. Over the last year, we have made significant improvements to attendance and our pupils are growing ever more proud to attend Birkenhead Park School.
