What skills and experience we're looking for

Essential

• GCSE Grade C/4, or equivalent, in English and Maths

  • An understanding of policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection
  • Relevant work experience or vocational training with regard to office work
  • • A good knowledge of a range of standard computer packages e.g. Microsoft Office, Outlook email
  • Able to use basic technology – computer, video, photocopier
  • Able to communicate effectively face to face, by telephone and in writing with a wide range of people
  • Able to relate well to children and adults
  • Able to work sensitively with confidential information
  • Able to work with a high level of accuracy
  • Able to work to demanding and often conflicting deadlines
  • Able to work with a minimum of supervision
  • Ability to build positive relationships with all stakeholders
  • Ability to work constructively as part of a team
  • Commitment to self and team development
