What skills and experience we're looking for
- The school wish to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed Attendance Officer. Ideally this position will commence on 1stJanuary 2023, or as soon as possible thereafter.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with pupils who are reluctant to attend school or have poor attendance, together with having experience of working effectively with parents and carers.
The successful candidate will also have knowledge and understanding of how to remove barriers to learning and improve attendance and also be an effective role model for pupils by demonstrating positive values, attitudes and behaviour expected from pupils
Candidates should be suitably qualified and experienced and be able to meet the criteria detailed on the person specification.
