We are seeking someone to join our hard working, highly caring and student centred attendance team. We are looking for someone who is well organised, has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, has strong administrative skills and who relishes the challenge of working with young people.
The role will involve working with students from all years and often with those young people who are most vulnerable and in need of support. This is a highly rewarding and at time challenging role. This will include:
● Working with teaching staff to ensure that the attendance data is completed in a timely and accurate manner
● Supporting our Heads of Year with student attendance
● Liaising with families to support our students to attend school As part of the attendance team responsible for the attendance of our students you will liaise with tutors, teachers, parents and support agencies.
Experience of working with young people or in a school environment would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided. If you are committed to supporting our students as they aim to enjoy their learning, work hard and achieve their very best then we would love to hear from you. Please contact Mrs B Hulse, Head’s PA at email@example.com if you require any further information.
Please note that we do not accept CVs.
