What skills and experience we're looking for

Responsibilities will include working with groups of students parents/carers and other agencies to improve levels of attendance. To undertake home/school visits as designated by the Academy. To interpret information relating to attendance patterns and identify key areas of concern. Some administrative duties may also be involved. Proficient use in IT would be an advantage.
