Pool Hayes Academy are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and organised Attendance Officer, with vision, drive and energy to promote a positive attitude to improve attendance in line with attendance protocols and policies.
The department is part of a well led, dynamic team, whose colleagues all enjoy supporting the Academy and its culture of outstanding success amongst our students. The appointed candidate will work closely with pupils, staff, parents and carers to reduce the levels of absence and safeguard students, monitor and report on whole-school attendance data and analyse data to identify key areas of concern.
The ideal candidate will have a good basic education including GCSE level C/4+ in English and Maths and have undertaken relevant courses such as coaching, mentoring and/or study support whilst working with young people. You will be an ambitious professional and will join an academy which is dynamic and inspiring, creating a culture of outstanding success amongst our students.
