This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of highly reflective practitioners in one of the highest achieving schools in Bristol. We are looking for a new Attendance Officer who is passionate in improving the quality of student’s experience within school by being responsible for supporting the development of positive student attitudes towards attendance to maximise the potential and progress of our students. Working under the leadership of the Senior Pastoral Lead the postholder you will ensure effective attendance monitoring and communication with students, staff and families to ensure the attendance systems and actions are consistently applied and positively impact student outcomes.
The successful candidate will be joining a team of highly experienced and dedicated practitioners within the pastoral team. This is an ideal opportunity if you have a talent for connecting with young people, together with experience of working in schools.Redland Green School is a friendly and happy place to work. We are currently part of Gatehouse Green Learning Trust but are in the process of merging with Excalibur Trust. Being part of a much larger MAT is exciting for the development of our school giving us further opportunities to collaborate with colleagues from other schools.
