What skills and experience we're looking for
Essential
GCSE Grade C/4 in English and Maths
An understanding of policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection
relevant work experience or vocational training with regard to office work
A good knowledge of a range of standard computer packages
Able to use basic technology
Able to communicate effectively face to face, by telephone and in writing with a wide range of people
Able to relate well to children and adults
Able to work sensitively with confidential information
Able to work with a high level of accuracy
Able to work to demanding and often conflicting deadlines
Able to work with a minimum of supervision
Ability to build positive relationships with all stakeholders
Ability to work constructively as part of a team
Commitment to self and team development
