The Romsey School is seeking to appoint an Attendance Officer to join our dedicated Student Support Team. This role is 30 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum (term time).

The successful candidate will:
- Be a motivated, organised and enthusiastic individual;
- Work alongside key school staff to support and promote the school’s attendance strategies;
- Have the ability to confidentially handle sensitive information;
- Hold responsibility for the safeguarding of Romsey school students;
- Be responsible for promoting and ensuring high levels of attendance and punctuality amongst students;
- Work collaboratively with all members of the Romsey School community;
- Be enthusiastic about their own professional development and growth in areas including subject knowledge and teaching methods.
