What skills and experience we're looking for
An exciting and fulfilling administrative opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and dedicated attendance officer to work with the Deputy Headteacher in maintaining accurate attendance records, sending first day absence messages, and tracking whole school attendance. You will be joining a fabulous administration team who work hard to ensure an orderly, safe and caring culture within the school.
Consistently good attendance, especially for the most disadvantaged is essential for any school. Therefore, Cove School is looking to recruit a talented Attendance Officer to work within the framework of the School’s Attendance policy and alongside key school staff, to promote excellent attendance, reduce levels of absence, and work with children and families to promote high levels of attendance.
The successful candidate will have determination, a positive attitude and a good sense of humour, coupled with excellent administration and communication skills, and attention to detail.
