You're someone who has:
* Experience of working in an educational setting
* An understanding of issues that may affect a student's ability to attend school
* The ability to prioritise, work efficiently and accurately, particularly under pressure, to deadlines and using own initiative.

About the school:
Based in Edmonton, North London, Aylward School was established in September 2010 and is an 11-19 learning community with over 1,000 students on roll, including a thriving sixth form. Aylward is situated within a diverse and vibrant London community. Many of our students have English as an additional language, and a significant proportion are entitled to the Pupil Premium. The School is currently rated as GOOD by its last Ofsted inspection in July 2021.
