Attendance Support Officer job summary

Part of the Attendance Support Officer role is to help put together the administration side of new initiatives such as attendance charts, maintaining records of persistence absence, generate weekly attendance reports, send absence texts and to answer all attendance related calls.

The candidate must possess the following:-

  • GCSE in English and Maths at Grade C or above (Grade 4 or above)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to demonstrate the flexibility and 'can do' attitude required in a role that is critical to the Academy.
