The successful candidate is eligible for a £5k "Golden Hello" payment payable as a lump sum in September which is to be repaid if the candidate leaves the Trust within 2 years. An additional Performance Related Bonus of £5k per annum is also available.

What skills and experience we're looking for

It is expected that the successful candidate, initially, will work in The Charles Dickens School Mathematics Department to provide additional capacity and help bring about rapid improvements in teaching and learning and pupil outcomes. This post offers an excellent opportunity to work in a successful and forward-thinking Trust and would suitan experienced professional looking to further their expertise within schools of differing contexts.
