We have an exciting leadership vacancy for the role of Year Group Leader (to cover maternity) at Bishops Cleeve Primary Academy, a large 3 form entry primary school in the GLA Trust.

As Year Group Leader you will be responsible for leading the teaching and learning standards within your year group, including high quality planning and gap analysis, and support your team. You will be required to model high quality communication, modelling high expectations and holding staff to account if these are not met.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an excellent classroom teacher who wants to extend their experience, whilst developing their own leadership potential. There will be half an additional day non-contact time allocated on a fortnightly basis.

The successful candidate will be a strong leader, a highly effective communicator, agile, resourceful, emotionally intelligent, highly organised and a passionate advocate for all our pupils.
