Behaviour and Attendance Lead job summary
Behaviour & Attendance Lead. Full time – Grade 7 (£32,115 - £35,235 fte). Salary is open to discussion for a suitably experienced candidate who is able to demonstrate further leadership potential. 43 weeks per year plus holiday pay, which includes term time. To start as soon as possible.

We are seeking to appoint a Behaviour & Attendance Lead to work in our unique alternative provision school at this exciting time of growth and development.
You will have experience and be responsible for the daily management of behaviour and attendance of our students most of whom are vulnerable and disadvantaged. You will also be required to be Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and will be responsible for supporting the Principal in all aspects of safeguarding. The role is busy, varied and at times demanding. If you are someone with excellent organisational skills, hard-working, adaptable and approachable then we would like to meet you. The role will require you to have high levels of discretion and confidentiality.
Abbey View School is an alternative provision free school, catering for up to 40 pupils (age 11 to 16) who are at risk of exclusion from main stream education. Abbey View School provides its students with a chance to reflect and reform within a calm, safe and supportive environment, which promotes sound emotional well-being and safe lifestyles.
