Pelton Community Primary School is seeking a dedicated Behaviour and Inclusion Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about fostering a positive learning environment and supporting pupil behaviour under the guidance of our SENCO. The successful candidate will lead behaviour management, provide pastoral care, and collaborate with teachers and parents to enhance pupils' social and emotional development.
You'll be responsible for supervising and supporting pupils, maintaining behaviour records, and coordinating behaviour strategies. Experience in working with children with complex needs and strong communication skills are essential. The role includes term-time plus two weeks, with a salary range of £22,363 - £24,321.
