About you:-

We are looking for a flexible and adaptable individual to lead on behaviour and support with attendance and safeguarding and be an active member of the safeguarding team as a Safeguarding Officer within the academy. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a friendly team.

The successful candidate will have experience of the day-to-day involvement of managing pupil behaviour and improving attendance and strategies to support students. This role requires, a grade C/4 or above in English and Maths, a relevant professional level 3 qualification and strong literacy and numeracy stills.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be able to use their own initiative and have the ability to relate well to children and adults. We welcome applications from ambitious candidates, keen to make a difference who have a genuine passion and belief in the potential of every student.
