VACANCY
Behaviour and Safeguarding Manager
37 hours per week, term time only
Single Status Grade 10, currently £35,252 - £37,667 full time equivalent
The Behaviour and Safeguarding Lead will take a strategic role in promoting positive student behaviour and ensuring that the Academy’s safeguarding policies and procedures are followed. This role involves overseeing the management of student behaviour and safeguarding concerns while fostering a safe, supportive, and respectful school environment. The Behaviour and Safeguarding Lead will work closely with senior leaders, pastoral teams, and external agencies to support students in their academic and personal development.
As part of this key role, you will work alongside the Assistant Headteacher Behaviour and Safeguarding and Student Support Team to ensure there are policies, procedures, systems, structures, resources and personnel in place to promote the welfare and protection of students and support vulnerable families. You will actively work jointly with parents/carers and other agencies through joint planning, training and monitoring of their arrangements for the safeguarding of students.
