What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a committed and passionate Behaviour Assistant to work within our behaviour team at Isca Academy. You will be a key part of a large team working with our students to ensure that their attitudes and mindset are exactly where we need them to be in order for them to succeed in the classroom. This is an exciting role in an innovative and dynamic academy which will have a direct impact on transforming lives of young people.
