Behaviour for Learning Coordinator job summary
We are seeking to appoint an experienced, knowledgeable and committed individual to become a Behaviour for Learning (BfL) Coordinator at All Saints.
The successful candidate will work as part of the BfL Team and will be responsible for promoting the College’s Behaviour for Learning system, managing students using efficient and effective strategies and monitoring student welfare.
Providing a confidential, administrative, and community liaison function, you will work alongside the year group Achievement Coordinator to deliver comprehensive pastoral support.
