Salary: Ark Support Inner London Scale 9 point 28 £39,530 pro rata for term time.
Working pattern: Term time
Contract: Permanent
Start date: As soon as possible

About the role:
We are seeking to appoint a Behaviour Lead to contribute to the strategic leadership of the academy, ensuring effective behaviour management systems and procedures are consistently implemented. This role requires a confident and experienced leader of behaviour management who has excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and manage large groups of students in a complex inner-city environment with established systems and routines.
You will:
· Have experience of raising attainment and managing behaviour of students in a challenging context.
· Have knowledge or experience of various intervention strategies.
· Be experienced in establishing effective, appropriate relationships with challenging young people and their families.
· Support staff in restorative conversations with students.
· Have a genuine belief in the potential of every student.
· Be a team player who can work collaboratively as well as using your own initiative.
· Have right to work in the UK.
· Qualified to degree level and above.
