Position: Behaviour Mentor

Your new role
To provide individual and group support (e.g. anger management, counselling, team building, developing peer relationships, bullying, improving self-esteem etc.) for students whose behaviours are creating a barrier to learning.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need the ability to think strategically, creatively and to prioritise your workload. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with being resilient and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
