We are seeking someone to join our hard working team to support some of our most vulnerable children. A Behaviour Mentor will work in our Inclusion and RAISE provisions with students at risk of Fixed Term Exclusions (FTEs) in order to support the learning of these young people so they are able to flourish in their lessons and in school generally.

The successful candidate will be calm, listen well and be committed to developing the self-esteem, confidence and skills of students they work with. They will work closely with our pastoral support and inclusion teams and as such have a track record of working well with others.
