What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a positive attitude and a growth mindset when supporting children
- Can develop effective working relationships with a range of professionals
- Has experience of working with young children who have experienced trauma or display complex behaviours
- Has a GCSE A-C/Grade 4 or above in Maths and English, or equivalent
- Can work as part of a team
- Can provide a high level of supervision for children in the playground and support children across all key stages with their learning
- Can organise and lead games during playtimes
- Under the guidance of the Deputy Head and the SENDCo can lead behaviour interventions with KS1 and KS2 children
