What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a positive attitude and a growth mindset when supporting children
  • Can develop effective working relationships with a range of professionals
  • Has experience of working with young children who have experienced trauma or display complex behaviours
  • Has a GCSE A-C/Grade 4 or above in Maths and English, or equivalent
  • Can work as part of a team
  • Can provide a high level of supervision for children in the playground and support children across all key stages with their learning
  • Can organise and lead games during playtimes
  • Under the guidance of the Deputy Head and the SENDCo can lead behaviour interventions with KS1 and KS2 children
