Salary: Grade 4 Points 9 to 14: £21,299 - 23,085 Actual salary

35 hours per week/39 weeks per year/term time plus PD Days

8:30am – 4:00pm Monday – Friday (30mins unpaid lunch)

The Governors are seeking to appoint an experienced individual to manage the day to day running of the Behaviour Reflection Room. The role will include supervision of the students who require time away from the classroom due to behavioural incidents. The role focuses on reflection, intervention and reintegration, ensuring students learn from their actions and develop positive behaviours.

The job holder will work in close liaison with the Assistant Headteacher Behaviour and Engagement Lead, the job description gives the main duties and personal specification required.
