What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and courteous Behaviour Support Assistant to join our Pastoral Team at De Aston School.
The role will primarily involve working with targeted students to ensure appropriate levels of behaviour are maintained.
The successful candidate will have:
- Grade C/4 or above in GCSE English and Mathematics.
- Good ICT skills, with the ability to use databases.
- Experience and the ability to work with a range of young people and their families.
- Experience and ability to communicate with a diverse range of colleagues.
