Behaviour Support Assistant (Fixed term - 1-year) job summary

We are seeking a part-time Behaviour Support Assistant to assist the pastoral team in maintaining a positive learning environment at St Augustine’s Catholic College. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team within a high-performing, values driven school community.

Working closely with the pastoral team, the postholder will support the implementation of the school’s behaviour policy and provide administrative assistance. The 24 hours would be worked across four days to be agreed.

This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills ideally with experience of working in a school-based environment.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
