Behaviour Support Assistant

Fixed until August 2025

30 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (Term Time plus 2 days)

Hours of work will be between the hours of 8.15am – 4.30pm

Salary St Pauls’ Pay Range 3 (£28,282- £30,296FTE) Pro-Rata Actual Starting Salary £19,593

We are looking to recruit a Behaviour Support Assistant to support and assist pupils in managing their behaviour both in an outside classroom. The candidate must be caring, patient self-motivated and capable of working collaboratively and independently when required. You will need to be flexible and willing to undertake a variety of activities, supporting teaching staff with pastoral and behaviour management. Previous experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour is essential.
