Behaviour Support Assistant job summary
The Spires College is seeking to appoint a Behaviour Support Assistant to work with our students and help them make good choices.
Every child has the right to disruption free learning at The Spires College and our rewards and sanctions system ensures this is the case. We are looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to supervise our Crofton Centre and work with children who have disrupted learning, so that they are able to make better choices in future. The successful applicant will also visit classrooms to support teachers in maintaining a highly effective learning environment.
