We have an opportunity to appoint an enthusiastic person to work as part of a team who can enhance our practice by working with small groups of students on a regular basis to support their behaviour for learning by looking at behaviour coping strategies and delivering a bespoke programme of study.

Key duties are to:

  • Provide administrative support to the Community Manager and Senior Assistant Principal in relation to student behaviour, attendance and wellbeing.
  • Support, track and input data, record the behaviour, attendance and wellbeing of students.
  • Build relationships with parents, guardians and carers.
  • Record minutes at meetings.

The successful candidate will need:

  • A good standard of education across a range of subjects.
  • Experience of using IT & digital technologies.
  • Knowledge of how children learn and how to motivate them,
  • Knowledge on developing strategies to de-escalate an escalation in a child's mood or behaviour.

Experience of working with children with a variety of educational needs would be an advantage.
