Th The successful candidate will:

  • be an excellent pastoral practitioner with high expectations for all children
  • understand the ethos of inclusion and children’s access to the curriculum
  • be responsible for the preparation and development of teaching programmes and pastoral arrangements as appropriate
  • be aware of attainment, progress and outcomes of the pupils in their settings and be articulate in reporting these to other professionals and parents
  • be aware of and resilient to a range of SEN needs to support child and staff well-being
  • be committed to supporting the vision and ethos of a Church of England School
  • be an experienced, high quality practitioner and strong team player
  • be able to motivate and inspire pupils and colleagues
