Behaviour Support Assistant job summary
Are you a team player who has high expectations of themselves and the attainment, achievement and development of children?
Th The successful candidate will:
- be an excellent pastoral practitioner with high expectations for all children
- understand the ethos of inclusion and children’s access to the curriculum
- be responsible for the preparation and development of teaching programmes and pastoral arrangements as appropriate
- be aware of attainment, progress and outcomes of the pupils in their settings and be articulate in reporting these to other professionals and parents
- be aware of and resilient to a range of SEN needs to support child and staff well-being
- be committed to supporting the vision and ethos of a Church of England School
- be an experienced, high quality practitioner and strong team player
- be able to motivate and inspire pupils and colleagues
