What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a confident, resilient, friendly and optimistic person as a key member of our Pastoral team. You will work with a diverse group of 11 – 16 year olds in our secondary school, with the support of your line manager (Assistant Head for Behaviour and Safeguarding) and alongside our Pastoral Managers, Heads of Year, Mental Health team and other Senior Leaders.
