Anyone joining this team will be well supported by willing colleagues and regular training and development opportunities.

The successful candidate will have:

Proven experience of Behaviour related-roles within secondary schools (or the strong capacity to grow into the role with their transferable skills).

An awareness of a range of strategies available to address the differing behaviour needs which exist inside and outside the classroom.

The highest of standards and expectations – including a relentless approach to upholding policy.

Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.

A keen sense of organisation and a reflective nature.

The capacity to nurture excellent relationships with staff, students and parents.

Visits are warmly welcomed, please contact Groden@bmilner.sch.uk to arrange.
