Behaviour Support Officer job summary
35
hours per week, 8.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday, term time only (40 Weeks).
Grade C – Step 1 FTE £23,115, Actual Annual Salary £19,181.88.
We are looking for a highly motivated
and committed individual to join our experienced Pastoral team working with our
students and parents. The role will involve supporting staff and
students in sustaining positive behaviour management across the school.
This
role is an exciting opportunity to work with youngsters and parents in
supporting their progress and integration in school. The successful candidate
will have outstanding interpersonal skills and be confident in dealing with
students, staff and parents on a day-to-day basis. The successful candidate will have an
interest in supporting young people and will need to have a professional but
friendly manner, respecting confidentially at all times. The ability to work on
your own initiative as well as part of a wider team is essential.
