Under the direction of the Behaviour Manager, within an agreed system of supervision, the post holder is responsible for the effective day-to-day organisation, coordination, supervision of students and support of the PACE rooms. Implementing agreed work programmes with individuals/groups, in or out of the classroom / PACE room.
The role of the PACE Coordinator is to ensure the smooth running of the PACE rooms, through accurate record keeping and communications with stakeholders at all levels, which is both timely and effective.
