What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated person to the Behaviour Support role to be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a Behaviour room. If you are interested in making a measurable difference to the lives of young people, then this could be the perfect role for you. This role is until 31 August 2025 in the first instance.
What the school offers its staff
The successful applicant will maintain a positive learning environment, support students to access the curriculum and manage their behaviours in the classroom. If successful in your application to this rewarding role you will become a key member of the school’s Student Support Team, liaising with parents/carers, staff and students to support the behaviour for learning policy and pastoral systems across the school.
