To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about students’ wellbeing and learning and have an unequivocal commitment to excellence in all you do. You will have the people skills, knowledge and collegiate approach required to work as part of a team and with a range of students in order to support high quality provision that inspires our students and meets their needs.
The successful applicant will be creative, possess a good sense of humour and above all will have an empathy for young people with the strong belief that these students can achieve and flourish socially, emotionally and academically. We have high expectations of student behaviour and are committed to empowering students to self-regulate and make good choices. Relationships and a restorative approach underpinned by respect are vital to us as a community.
You will possess excellent administrative skills and a good working knowledge of PC software, in particular Microsoft Office/Google are important, as well as the ability to plan and organise workload.
