What skills and experience we're looking for
- Minimum of GCSE (A-C/ 4+) English and Maths or equivalent e.g., Adult Literacy / Numeracy at level 2
- Recent and successful experience in a relevant setting
- Experience of working with children with a range of
abilities and needs
- Understanding of child development and intervention strategies
- High emotional intelligence and energy
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- Ability to form positive and empowering relationships and relate well to children and adults
- Understand varying needs of pupils and how to overcome barriers
- Ability to work constructively as a part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to use IT and relevant software effectively
- Knowledge of relevant policies and guidance and
awareness of relevant legislation
