Job summary

We’re looking for 3 Behaviour Support Workers to join our team until July 2022!

As a Behaviour Support Worker you will deliver behaviour support across the school working as part of the Student Support team, as well as implementing behaviour modification interventions specific to issues raised by the Student Support team or subject teachers with particular focus on students with emotional or mental health issues. You will also cover and support duties throughout the school, where required. These are exciting new additional posts in our team!

This role is 37 hours per week term time only and is fixed term until July22. Actual salary of £17,108 – £18,518 + AMAZING benefits!

All colleagues, teachers and support, are responsible for a coaching group of students which they meet with for 1.5 hours over a week. Full training is offered and you will be buddied up with a support member of staff. This adds a very rewarding element to this role.
