Behaviour Support Worker job summary

We are looking to recruit a Behaviour Support Worker, to work within our Personalised Learning Provision. The successful candidate will be part of a strong pastoral and personalised learning team who work tirelessly to support some of the most challenging and vulnerable students in the school. We are looking for someone who has experience of working with young people, ideally in an Alternative Provision or similar setting, who understands the barriers faced by these students, and the impact they can make in this role.

We are proud of our Relational/Trauma Informed approach to behaviour and it is essential that any candidates are similarly committed to this way of working with young people.
