What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join our successful and professional pastoral team. The ideal candidate will have a talent for engaging students and will be required to work flexibly across all age groups and abilities. The post holder will play an important role in supporting individual students with social emotional behaviour difficulties, helping them overcome barriers to learning inside and outside of school, in order to achieve their potential. The Behaviour Teaching Assistant will work with children on a one-to-one basis, supporting them in lessons and undertaking some 1:1 mentoring of them outside of the classroom. The working hours for this post are 8.30am – 3.30pm, Monday to Friday, on a fixed term contract (1 year) to start as soon as possible.
