Redhill Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an outstanding practitioner to support and contribute within our Trust Inclusion Centre based at Park Vale Academy. The Inclusion Centre provides support for students within the Trust who require additional behaviour or engagement intervention. The successful candidate will work with individual and small groups of students within a classroom environment. In liaison with provision staff, they will plan, prepare, and deliver the support needed, developing strategies to achieving positive behavioural outcomes.
