Breakfast and After School Club Manager job summary
Daily working hours are from 7.30am until 9.00am AND 3.00pm until 5.30pm (plus an additional 1.5 hours per week to allow for planning and administration)
Salary paid from £24,027 FTE (pro rate and dependant on experience)
Term time only working required
We wish to appoint a reliable, caring and enthusiastic person to manage our hard-working and friendly breakfast club and after school club teams. The successful candidate will support and promote the school’s aims, values and vision by ensuring that all children in attendance enjoy a range of indoor and outdoor activities in a safe and nurturing environment.
This is a hands on role and you will be responsible for all aspects of the clubs including the day to day running, registration and safe drop off and collection of the children. Please refer to the full job description for further details.
We are looking for someone who:
Has good people skills and is able to work as part of a team;
Has good communication skills;
Has a kind and caring nature;
Has an enthusiasm for working in an educational environment;
Has the ability to plan and implement engaging and fun activities for all primary aged children;
Can manage a small team of people and can provide support, direction and supervision;
Has a “can do” attitude.
Due to this post having access to children and/or vulnerable adults, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
