Breakfast Club Assistant job summary

Are you passionate about working with young children and creating a nurturing, educational start to their day? We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Club Assistant to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of children aged 2, 3 and 4 at Oxhey Nursery School.

Our Breakfast Club provides a warm, welcoming space where children can enjoy a healthy breakfast, build friendships, and participate in engaging activities that spark curiosity and prepare them for the day ahead.

The Role:

As a Breakfast Club Assistant, you will play an essential role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our youngest learners each morning. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the preparation and serving of healthy breakfasts.

Supporting children in social and play-based activities to kickstart their day.

Providing a caring, inclusive, and safe environment.

Helping plan and implement age-appropriate morning activities.

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 7.30am - 9am (7.5 hours a week)

Our location is within walking distance of Bushey Train Station and main bus routes serving all of Hertfordshire.
