School Wrap Around Care Playworker job summary

  • To support the Care Club Supervisor in the planning and implementation of the daily activities of the Club to ensure all the children's needs are met.
  • To work with staff to maintain the Club to an agreed standard of tidiness, cleanliness and hygiene and to advise the Club Supervisor of any concerns e.g. regarding children, parents or the safety of equipment, .
  • To support the Care Club Supervisor in ensuring that all relevant records are maintained and to attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
  • To undertake other duties and responsibilities of an equivalent nature as determined by the Club Supervisor.
  • To be aware of, and to implement, national and local guidelines in order to safeguard and promote the well-being of the children.
  • To direct any parents with concerns or queries to the Club Supervisor.
