What skills and experience we're looking for

It’s time to work in a job you love and be a day-to-day hero at our academy, helping our children and seeing the smiles on countless faces every day. Working with us, you’ll be valued, and part of our wonderful family at Oasis Academy Ryelands.

The role

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work with children, but in a way that won't impact too much on your day with working hours of 07:30 to 09:00 Monday to Friday, term time only. Starting in September and working alongside other Breakfast Club Supervisors during our Breakfast Club, you will set the tone for the children's day by ensuring a safe, happy and relaxed start. You will be serving breakfast to our children in our busy Breakfast Club and assisting and overseeing the children taking part in quiet activities. We are a family here at Oasis Academy Ryelands, therefore it’s really important to us that candidates are onboard with our vision and values, to help foster a warm, inclusive and aspirational culture at school.

Our Academy

We are at the heart of our community and care about the provision we offer all our pupils. From Nursery to Year 6, each child has the benefit of staff dedicated to encouraging them along the journey of learning and discovery, within the security of a caring atmosphere where all staff in partnership with parents and carers work together. Oasis Academy Ryelands is a happy, calm and friendly community school where the success of every child really matters.
