We’re now looking for a dedicated Wraparound Support Worker to join our friendly morning team and help us make this vital service even better.

As part of our extended day provision, you’ll be responsible for:
Creating a welcoming and calm environment where children can start their day positively
Leading and supporting activities to engage pupils of all ages
Helping children with breakfast and preparing them for a smooth transition into class
Promoting good behaviour, kindness, and independence
Supporting the safety and wellbeing of all pupils, following safeguarding procedures at all times
You’ll work closely with our Wraparound Lead and wider school staff to ensure consistency and communication, and will build positive relationships with both pupils and parents.
Who You AreWe’re seeking someone who is:
Confident working with children from Reception to Year 6
Proactive, positive, and calm under pressure
A good communicator, able to work as part of a team and follow routines
Committed to inclusion, safety, and wellbeing
Reliable and punctual, with a sense of humour and a caring nature
Experience in a school or childcare setting is desirable, but not essential – training and support will be provided.
