Bridge Coordinator job summary
Outwood Grange Academy want to appoint a Bridge Coordinator to support and promote the learning and welfare of vulnerable students and those who experience barriers to learning. The Bridge is the Social Inclusion Centre within Outwood Grange Academy, including managing and working as Gatekeeper for the Bridge, liaiseing with teachers over suitable subject specific work for students in the Bridge and producing work resources for students in the Bridge e.g. Anger Management, Behaviour Management, Social Skills.
